Maintenance Technician needed for Apartment Complex. Must be experienced in plumbing, electrical, unit turns, appliance repair, carpentry and drywall repair. Must be HVAC Certified. Must have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, own tools and be in the on call rotation every 3rd week. Position comes with salary and housing. Please, only those with the above qualifications need apply.
